Can I draw on my Macbook without causing damage?

I want to do a stencil on my macbook...but I can't find any guide on the web on what type of paint could be used or any people that have done it. Any luck anyone?

I would get the clear plastic case covers and paint on that.

Depends. If you have a white Macbook you can draw on it with Sharpie. It will easily come off with some rubbing or nail polish remover.
