Does upgrading the RAM myself void the Applecare warranty?

But if it is the guarantee that came with your Mac I think it has a seal that when you broke it .....

no, it does not. If the Ram Fails, Apple is not inclined to replace it for you, but everything else in the system is still under warranty

no, both the ram and the hard drive are user replaceable parts, and if you break something trying to fix it then apple will replace it.
also, when installng the new ram, push hard, it feels like it will break something but don't worry, it won't.

um i do not have a answear but i would like to know and i know im a little late by like a year but with the latest apple macbook at my time i got from my school and my job is to well hack it now im running out of ways because my teacher has put a bio bootloader on it and i was wonder if i remove the ram reset the pram and then put ram back in the boot into single user mode i can offically hack it but i was wondering if i remove the back is it voided and if it is how do they tell if u could email me at tyson.j.swannell@hotmail.com that would be great
