Very helpful.....

If you have OSX Leopard, then Boot Camp Assistant will be included for free in the OS. If not, you'll have to buy it. From there, it'll be easy.

Bootcamp is good, but if you get spyware/virus in XP for example, you'll have a harder time removing it where as Parallels you have more options, like taking snapshot to restore, or simply delete the virtual HDD at the click of a button.
